Returning Students: Please complete the re-enrollment form and submit it to First Lutheran Classical School

 

Re-enrollment Process

Submit the following to First Lutheran Classical School:

  1. Completed Re-enrollment application form

  2. $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per student (will be applied towards tuition)

  3. A signed tuition payment commitment (if tuition is not paid in advance)

The following must be submitted before a student is considered enrolled and able to attend classes:

  1. Book fees (amount dependent upon grade level)

  2. A copy of each student’s immunization record/CIS exemption form

  3. Completed 3-in-1 Form (Field Trip Permission, Handbook Pledge, and Health & Accident Release)

  4. Student and at least one parent/guardian attend orientation as scheduled before the beginning of the school year or arrange a meeting with the principal in advance of orientation date.
